What we collect
When you send a request or booking through our forms, we receive what you fill in:
- Name, email and phone number
- Pickup and delivery addresses
- Vehicle details
- Preferred date and your message
Why we use it
We use the data to answer your request, prepare a quote, carry out the transport and invoice you. The legal basis is entering into and performing a contract with you. Invoices and accounting records are kept to comply with Swedish accounting law.
We may also send information about our services to customers. You can opt out at any time.
Who receives it
Form submissions reach us by email through the Brevo service. The website runs on Cloudflare. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted when no longer needed. Data that is part of our accounting is kept for seven years, as required by law.

We only use cookies for statistics and marketing if you have accepted them. See our cookie policy.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have errors corrected and to have data deleted. You can also object to how we use it. Contact us at info@laholmsbiltransport.se.
